Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular_ meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of December 19-a&.The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain- Sisk,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The fo owing members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved -its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-820
APPROVAL OF GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for renewal of Gasoline Service Station Licenses have been
received from the parties listed below in accordance with Chapter XI, Section
1115.01, City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Gasoline Service Station License applications from the parties
listed below be approved for the period of January 1, 1987, through December 31,
1987:

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmem r ZituL , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo ow ng voted
in favor thereof., ayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain. Sisk Vasiliou. and Zitur

Whereupon the Resolution w, -.s declared duly passed and adopted.
