Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regulars meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of December , 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, ouncilmeMge rs Crain. Sisk. Vasj]j aj -
and Zitur The
following members were absent:Donp
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-815
DENYING A REQUEST FOR ST. BARNABAS LUTHERAN CHURCH FOR RECONSIDERATION OF THE PARK
DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR ST. BARNABAS ADDITION (86108)
WHEREAS, St. Barnabas Lutheran Church has requested reconsideration of the park
dedication requirements for the approved plat and development for St. Barnabas
Addition; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council approved on November 24, 1986 through Resolution No. 86-780
the Preliminary Plat and approved through Resolution No. 86-781A the Final Plat for the
St. Barnabas Addition; and,
WHEREAS, the approval included conditions which required the payment of park dedication
1bfees in -lieu -of dedication in accordance with the dedication policy in effect of the
filing the Final Plat; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds the application of the park dedication requirements in
accordance with the Park Dedication Policy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does deny the request for St. Barnabas Lutheran
Church for reconsideration of the Park Dedication requirements for St. Barnabas
Addition.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou. and
Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
