HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-813CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Piymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of December , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou,,e and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-813 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF A14D RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR STONE HILL FOR RON CLARK, CLARK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (86115) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Stone Hill as requested by Ron Clark, Clark Construction Company; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. The Ordinance rezoninq the property shall be published upon evidence that the Final Plat has been filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit. 4. No Building Permits shall be issued until a Contract has been awarded for the con- struction of municipal sewer and water. 5. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 6. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat. 7. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 8. Appropriate legal documents regarding shared access with the residence to the south as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed with the Final Plat. Evi- dence of recording such documents shall be provided prior to issuance of a build- ing permit. PLEASE SEE PAGE TWO Page two Resolution No. 86-813 9.Appropriate documents as approved by the City Attorney shall be filed with the Final Plat, indicating that in conjunction with this plat, conceptual documents have been placed on file with the City, for the exception parcels to the south, for future reference. 10. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 11. Approved variances is the creation of proposed Lot 2, Block 1 which does not have access to a public road. 12. Appropriate legal documents for covenants and restrictions as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed with the Final Plat, specifically identifying the purpose and use of proposed Lot 2, Block 1. The parcel shall be legally encumbered to adjacent land unless legal standard public right-of-way and access is granted and/or dedicated to and approved by the City. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, th�o owing voted in favor thereof: -Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain Sisk Va ili Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
