HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-810CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of December , 1986. The following members were present: kayer Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,__ Vasiliou, and Zitur _ Th- followinq members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-810 APPROVING A HOME OCCUPATION CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GEORGE AND TERE"A HOFF, d/b/a DESIGN MECHAtiICAL. INC. (56122) WHEREAS, George and Teresa Hoff, d/b/a Design Mechanical, Inc. have requested a Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit to conduct office work from their residence at 10800 41st Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for a Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit for George and Teresa Hoff to conduct office work from their . residence at 10800 41st Avenue North, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit is issued to the George and Teresa Hoff as operators of the facility and shall not be transferable. 3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 4. There shall be no signage allowed on the property relative to the use. 5. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or related materials, including vehicles. 6. The permit shall be reviewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions. 7. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas which comply with the Zoning Ordinance. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
