Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a raular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was heldonn tie 1st day of

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-807
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BRAUER AND ASSOCIATES
AS THE PHASE II PARKERS LAKE CONSULTANT
WHEREAS, Brauer and Associates of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, served as
the consultant of Phase I for Parkers Lake City Park during the 1986
calendar year, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended Brauer
and Associates continue as the consultant for Phase II of the Parkers
Lake construction,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parka and Recreation is
authorized to negotiate a contract with Brauer and Associates for Phase II
design of the Parkers Lake City Park, and further, that said contract
shall be brought back to the City Council for review and approval.
