Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 86-804
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - 04KWOOD .,HORES 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted November 17, 1986, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Oakwood Shores 2nd Addition by the installation of ornamental residential
street lights and this report was received by the Council on December 1, 1986;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted November 17, 1986. The petitioners have
waived their right to a public hearing.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
the Wright -Hennepin Cooperative Electric Association.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution wab declared duly passed and adopted.
