Pursua�;i to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Hi;:,vouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15t day of December . 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider,Zrouncilmembers Crain, SIskf Vasfliou,
and Zitur The -

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-800
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR AT&T COMMUNICATIONS (86086)
WHEREAS, AT&T Communications has requested approval of a Site Plan to construct an
attached garage to the principal building at 13320 15th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for AT&T Communications
for a Site Plan to construct an attached garage to the principal building at 13320 15th
Avenue North, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum dated August 1, 1986.
2. Submission of required financial guarantee and Sice Performance Agreement for
completion of site improvements.
3. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals
per Ordinance provisions.
4. The approval allows construction of an attached accessory structure for purposes
of vehicle storage.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the Yolloo nq
