Councllmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 86-798
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR FRENCHIE LA POINTE ADDITION FOR CLARENCE LA POINTE (86094)
WHEREAS, Clarence La Pointe has requested approval for a Final Plat for FRENCHIE LA
POINTE ADDITION, a plat for three single family lots at 435 Zinnia Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby docs approve the Final Plat for Clarence LaPointe
for FRENCHIE LA POINTE ADDITION located at 435 Zinnia Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Rfiolution was duly seconded by
Counclimember Zitur 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
