' Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on thej'Ist day of December . 1986. The

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 86-717
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE NET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR
THOMAS AND KATHLEEN SKRYPEC (86129) (RPUD 80-2)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Consolidation for Thomas and Kathleen
Skrypec at 5585 Ximines Lane, under Resolution No. 86-796;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Division Consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No Building Permit to be issued until the '_ut Consolidation is filed with Hennepin
County.
3. Yard setbacks shall comply with those approved for this Planned Unit Development.
4. Utility and drainage easements along the common property line shall be vacated,
prior to issuance of Building Permits.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the o oIT wfnq
voted in favor thereof: Ma orhneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and
Zitur e following
voted against or abstained: none 'Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed Zd adopted.
