• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of December . 1986. The
following members were present: Ma or Schneider, Councilmembir3 Crain, -5 k Vasiliou
and Zitur ReL
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-796
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR THOMAS AND KATHLEEN SKRYPEC (86129) (RPUD 80-2)
WHEREAS, Thomas and Kathleen Skryoec have requested consolidation of platted Lots 1 and
2, Block 2, of Harrison Hills 2nd Addition into one lot for the purposes of creating a
larger parcel for the residence at 5585 Ximines Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Consolidation:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, HARRISON HILLS 2ND ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota
. To be consolidated into a single new parcel; and,
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation is approved by Hennepin
County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follo
voted In favor thereof: _ ayorneider Counclimembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and
Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
