Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Ist day of December . 1986. The

Mayor Schneider introduced the followinq Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-793
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
EAST OF I-494; WEST OF XENIUM LANE AT 34TH AVENUE NORTH AS R-4 (HIGH DENSITY MULTIPLE
RESIDENCE) DISTRICT (86115)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located east
o' T-494; west of Xenium Lane at 34th Avenue North from FRD (future restricted
dev,-►opment) District to R-4 (high density multiple residence) District in conjunction
with approval of a Preliminary Plat and Final Plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the publication of the Rezoning
Ordinance upon filing the Final Plat with Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted n favor thereof: _ayor, eider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and

Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
