Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on Che Z4tFi day of November , 1986.
The fnilowing members were present: Mayor Schnet eery ounciln"m ers ra n, isk,
Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-784
REQUESTING THE CONVEYANCE OF TAX FORFEIT PARCELS
TO THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PUBLIC USE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has received from the
County of Hennepin a description of land within its corporate limits which has become
the property of the State of Minnesota for nonpayment of real estate taxes; and
WHEREAS, the parcels of land described below have heretofore been classified by the
Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as non -conservation land
and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of County
Comissioners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282, that said classification by said
Board of Commissioners of the parcels of land described as nonconservaLtion land is
hereby approved.
FURTHER, that the parcels be conveyed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282 for public use
as hereinafter shown:

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote beinq taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: ayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopt
