Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day of November , 1986.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,�ouncilmembers ra n, isk,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmeaber Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-783
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC SALE OF TAX FORFEIT
PARCELS FOR NON-PAYMENT OF REAL ESTATE TAXES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has received from the
County of Hennepin a list of lands in said municipality which became the property of
the State of Minnesota for nonpayment of real estate taxes; and
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been classified by
the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as nonconservation
land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of County
Commissioners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statute 282, that the said classification by
said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of land described by Property
Identification Number as hcreinafter listed as nonconservation land be and the same is
hereby approved and that the sale of each such parcel of land be and the same is hereby
approved for:

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
following vote n favor thereof: ayor c neider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vwillou, and Zitur

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
