Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �sscta�ll meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of November , 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider —Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Va—sTliou
and Zitur The
following rs were absent: none
Councilmemiber Sisk _introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-7818
APPROVING SITE PLAN, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND FIRE CODE VARIANCE FOR ST. BARNABAS
LUTHERAN CHURCH (86108)
WHEREAS, St. Barnabas Lutheran Church has requested approval of a Site Plan,
Conditional Use Permit, and Fire Code Variance, to construct a church on Lot 1, Bluck
1, St. Barnabas Addition at 15610 County Road 9; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission har reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for St. Barnabas Lutheran
Church for a Site Plan, Conditional Use Permit, and Fire Code Variance, to construct a
church on Lot 1, Block 1, St. Barnabas Addition (15610 County Road 9) in the R -1A
Ilk Zoning District, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for
new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage
facility.
3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for
completion of site improvements.
4. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance.
5. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals
per Ordinance provisions.
6. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structure.
7. No Building Permit to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
8. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
9. The permit is Issued to St. Barnabas Lutheran Church as operator of the facility
and shall not be transferable.

10. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
11. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions.
12. Compliance with applicable Building and Fire Code requirements shall be verified
by the City prior to Permit issuance.
13. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas which comply with the Zoning
Ordinance.
14. Compliance with Fire Chief Memorandum dated November 18, 1986.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counciimember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following

Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
