Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Z4th day of November , 1986. The
following members were present: Ma rSchneider , ouncilmembers Crain, MR,VaUliou
and Zitur fie

Councilmember Sisk Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-781
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR ST. BARNABAS LUTHERAN CHURCH FOR ST.
BARNABAS ADDITION (8610e)
WHEREAS, S'. Barnabas Lutheran Church has requested approval for Final Plat for St.
Barnabas Audition, a plat for two lots on 8.87 acres at 15530 and 15610 County Road 9;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for St. Barnabas Lutheran Church for St. Barnabas Addition located at 15530
and 15610 County Road 9; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the Tollow ng
