Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
Cit. of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day of November , 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider,Touncilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasfliou,
and Zltur'

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-779
SETTINGS CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED AT
15530 AND 15610 COUNTY ROAD 9 AS R -1A (LOW DENSITY SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT

WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located at
15530 and 15610 County Road 9 from FRD (future restricted development) District to R -1A
(low density single family residential) District in conjunction with approval of the
Final Plan and Plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does direct the Final Plat to be filed with
. Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
vote n avor -thereof: dyor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain Sisk, Vasiliou, and
Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none ereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
