Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on she 17th day of
1986. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Z tum---
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-777
AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF FUNDING FEASIBILITY STUDIES
COUNTY ROAD 6 AND I-494
COUNTY ROAD 61
CITY PROJECT NO. 250
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal from Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. dated
September 2, 1986 providing for the preparation of a Funding Feasibility Report
for I-494 and County Road 6 and County Road 61 from Highway 55 to County Road
6; and
WHEREAS, said study is determined to be required in order to continue planning
for the ultimate construction of said interchange and County Road improvements;
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY -jffE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the proposal submitted by Strgar-Roscoe••Fausch, Inc.
dated September 2, 1986, by the terms of which the firm is to provide
Engineering services for the preparation of a Funding Feasibility Report for
I-494 and County Road 6 and County Road 61 from Highway 55 to County Road 6 be
and the same is hereby approved at a cost not to exceed $22,000;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a sum not to exceed $22,000 be and the same is
hereby appropriated from the M.S.A. Fund to finance this report.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou _ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution wse declared duly passed and adopted.
