Councilmember Sisk introduced the followinq Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-768
RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTAIN TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS TO TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN
FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 3-1
follows: BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, as
1. The Council has duly established Development District No. 3 (District) and
Economic Development Tax Increment Financing Distelct No. 3-1 (TIF District) within the
District and by Resolution No. 86-414 has duly adopted a Tax Increment Financing Plan
(TIF Plan) for the TIF District, all in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Chapter
472A and Sections 273.71-78 (Act).
2. The City staff Lnd financial advisors have recommended certain technical
corrections in the TIF Pian which corrections have been reviewed by this Council and
are embodied In an amended TIF Plan.
3. The Act does not require public hearings or prior consultation with other
governmental bodies to effect the amendments to the TIF Plan.
4. The Amended TIF Plan for the TIF District is approved.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fotlow nq
