Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Mliknesota, was held on the 17th day of November . 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,--grsk, Va—sTliou,
and Zitur The
following mem ers were absent: none
Counclimember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-764
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR TEPLEY ADDITION FOR ROBERT MIDDLEMIST

WHEREAS, Robert Middlemist has requested approval for a Final Plat for Tepley Addition,
a plat for eight single family lots and two outlots located west of Zachary Lane, east
of Zachary Lane Park, and north of the water tower: and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUINCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Robert Middlemist for Tepley Addition located west of Zachary Lane, east
of Zachary Lane Park, and north of the water tower; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councllmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow nq
