Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the.
City of Plymoutn, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of Ncv_ember i986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk Vas;!fou,
and Zitur .� _The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution aril moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-763
APPPOVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT AND VARIANCE REQUEST FOR CONTROL DATA CORPORATION (86106)
WHEREAS, Control Data Corporation has requested a Site Plan Amendment and Variance
to accommodate the relocation of an underground fuel storage tank at the facility at
2200 Berkshire Lane North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Site Plan Amendment and Variance
for Control Data Corporation to accommodate the relocation of an underground fuel
storage tank at the facility at 2200 Berkshire Lane North, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Any subsequent phases or expansions ere subject to required reviews and approvals
per Ordinance provisions.
2. Approved variance is 5 ft. %s. 10 ft. for the building to a drive aisle.
3. Installation of the above ground fue' containers and vault shall comply with all
applicable regulations; subject to issuance of a Building Permit.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and
Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
