HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-762C f 1. : t..1.11, Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of November . 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneiders o cilmembers Crain, 913F, Va_-sTliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-762 APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RENE' BOER FOR PIZZA HUT (86121) WHEREAS, Rene' Boer has requested a Conditional Use Permit for Pizza Hut, to allow the operation of a Class II restaurant with carry -out service in the B-2 (shopping center business) District at 1415 Highway 101; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Rene' Boer for a Conditional Use Permit for Pizza Hut to allow the operation of a Class II restaurant with carry -out service in the B-2 (shoppng center business) District, at 1415 Highway . 101, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit is issued to the Pizza Hut as operator of the facility and shall not be transferable. 3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 4. Signage shall conform with the 'lity Ordinance standards and program for this building. 5. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or related materials. 6. The permit shall be renewed In one year to assure compliance with the conditions. 7. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas which comply wi'h the Zoning Ordinance, per 1986 approved Site Plan. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng voted in favor thereof: -Mayor chneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur The o ow nq voted against or abstained: none -----'Whereupon the 10 Resolution was declared duly passed and a opte .
