HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-761CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of November 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, �ouncilmembers Crain, 91'sZ, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk Introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-761 APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR 0 -HAIR INTERNATIONAL (86116) WHEREAS, 0 -HAIR International has requested a Conditional Use Permit to allow the oper- ation of a barber/beauty shop at 13510 26th Avenue North in the B-1 (office limited business) District; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for 0 -HAIR International for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a barber/beauty shop at 13510 26th Avenue North in the B-1 (office limited business) District, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit Is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 10 2. The permit is issued to 0 -HAIR International as operator of the facility and shall not be transferable. 3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards and proqram for this building. 5. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or related materials. 6. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions. 7. A copy of the current State license for this petitioner shall be provided prior to issuance of the Permit. The petitioner is responsible for ensuring that employees have obtained applicable licenses prior to employment on the premises. 8. Compliance with applicable Building and Fire Code requirements shall be verified by the City prior to Permit issuance. 9. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas which comply with the Zoninq Ordinance, per 1985 approved Site Plan.
