HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-760CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinq of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of November . 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Touncilmembers Crain, MR, VasTliou, and Zitur—"�' following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-760 DENYING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR ALBER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (86100) WHEREAS, Alber Construction Company has requested a Conditional Use Permit Amendment to allow the use of house trailers to be used as temporary residences for employees at 4901 West Medicine Lake Drive; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does deny the request for Alber Construction Company for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment to allow the use of house trailers to be used as temporary residences at 4901 West Medicine Lake Drive based on the following: 1. The use is not appropriate for this site. 2. Semi-permanent habitation is not appropriate because of the lack of sanitary facilities. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow rnq voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur TF ero ow nq voted against or abstained: none ----'Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
