. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of November . 1986. The

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 86-759
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR RICHARD VANMAN, VANCO, INC. (86075)
WHEREAS, Richard Vanman, Vanco, Inc. has requested approval for a Rezoning and Site
Plan to construct an 11,800 sq. ft. office building north of County Road 9: generally
west of County Road 18 Frontage Road: and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the request for Richard Vanman, Vanco,
Inc. for a Site Plan to construct an 11,800 sq. ft. office building north of County
soRoad 9; generally west of County Road 18 Frontage Road, --ubiect to the following
conditions:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication In accordance with the Dedi-
cation Policy In effect at the time of Building Permit issuance.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for
new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage
facility.
4. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for
completion of site improvements.
5. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance.
6. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals
per Ordinance provisions.
7. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the enclosure and no outside
storage is permitted.

8. Rezonino_ Ordinance shall be published in the legal newspaper prior to issuance of
a Building Permit.
9. The landscape plan shall be revised to include additional five overstory plantings
which meet andt'or exceed the minimum size and type requirement.
10. Approval includes a variance from the fire lane requirements of the Fire Code on
the west side of the build"ng in accordance with the June 18, 1986 Fire Chief
memorandum.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the foo1TawTnq
