Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was heI9 on the 17h
day of November , 19 86 The following members were

The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Vasiliou Introduced the fol'owinq Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-757
APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY SALES
LICENSES FOR BRUCE SMILEY, HOLIDAY INN PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, application for on -sale intoxicating liquor and Sunday sales licenses
have been received from Bruce Smiley, to be held in conjunction with the Holiday
Inn Plymouth, 3000 Harbor Lane, for consideration and approval by the Plymouth
City Council in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapte^ XII, Section 1210;
and
WHEREAS, all fees have been paid, required insurance provided,and the Police
Department has investigated the applicant and finds no reason to deny the
license;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that on -sale intoxicating liquor and Sunday sales licenses
be approved for the period beginning November 18, 1986 through January 31, 1987
for Bruce Smiley.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: ayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou, and Zitur The followinq
