Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of
November , 1986. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 86-751
APPROVING ADOPTION OF FIVE YEAR IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
1987 - 1991
WHEREAS, the City Council has developed a Capital Improvements Program for the
years 1987 through 1991; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been recommended by the Planning Commission as
to consistency with all local comprehensive plans; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been reviewed by the public at a public hearing
conducted on August 27, 1986;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the Capital Improvements Program for the year 1987 through 1991
is hereby adopted as the official Capital Improvements Program for the City of
Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CounrilmPmb r 7ifijr , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,

The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
