Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of November . 1986. The
fol!.owing members were present: Mayor Schneider,Co—uncilmembers ra n s , VATIlou,
and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and mevcd its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-748
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR HENNEPIN TECHNICAL CENTER (83047)
WHEREAS, Site Plan for Hennepin Technical Center located at 1820 Xenium Lane, was
approved under City Council Resolution No. 83-589; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a U.S. Treasury Note in the amount of $200,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that the required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the U.S.
Treasury Note;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the U.S. Treasury
Note in the amount of $200,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements
for Hennepin Technical Center located at 1820 Xenium Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
