Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3r day of November . 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Zo ncilmembers Crain,7M, Va—sTliou,
and Zitur die
following mem ers were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-747
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR MESSIAH UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
(84069)
WHEREAS, Site Plan for Messiah Methodist Church located at 17805 County Road 6 was
approved under City Council Resolution No. 84-607; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $38,950.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that the required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the financial
guarantees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Letter of Credit
No. 444 In the amount of $38,950.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements
for Messiah United Methodist Church located at 17805 County Road 6.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted In favor thereof: a or nelder, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and
Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none hereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
