. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of November . 1986. The
follo%ring members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers rain, isk, Vasiliou,
and Zitur The
o owing members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-745
APPROVING VARIANCE FROM PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR PROPERTY AT 10850 COUNTY ROAD 15

WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested approval of a Variance from the parking
requirements for property at 10850 County Road 15; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council on June 23, 1986, through Resolution No. 86-378, approved a
`'te Plan and Variances for John Duffy; and,
WHEREAS, during construction of the approved development it was discovered an existing_
watermain is located so as to impede the approved parking lot design; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for the City of Plymouth for
a Variance from parking requirements for an approved office building at 10850 County
Road 15, based on the following:
1. The variance for the elimination of two parking spaces for a total of 38 is
approved on the basis that:
a. The situation is unique;
h. Compliance with the Variance Criteria has been established;
c. The situation is not the result of the landowner's action; and,
d. It is not prudent to relocate the watermain.
2. All other conditions as stated in Resolution No. 86-378 remain valid.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng
voted in favor thereof: ayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and
Zitur The o ow ng
voted against or abstained: none hereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
