• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the ' 3rd day of November . 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Z`ouncilmembers ra n, s , VasTliou,
and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Counclimember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-742
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CHARLES CARLSON, 440 ZINNIA LANE (86109)
WHEREAS, Charles Carlson has requested a Conditional Use Permit to allow the
construction of a single family dwelling in the R-2 (low density multiple residence)
District at 440 Zinnia Lane North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Charles Carlson for a
.Conditional Use Permit to construct a single family dwelling in the R-2 (low density
multiple residence) District at 440 Zinnia Lane North, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. Compliance with applicable Building Permit requirements.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
vote Inavor thereof: a or Heider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and
Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
