Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of November . 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Zuncilmembers train9 91sk, Vasiliou,
and Zitur The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the followinq Resolution and moved its
a opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-741
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ROGER BENSON AT 315 ZINNIA LANE (86109)
WHEREAS, Roger Benson has requested a Conditional Use Permit to allow the expansion of
a single family dwelling into a two-family dwelling In the R-2 (low density multiple
residence) District at 315 Zinnia Lane North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Roger Benson for a
10 Conditional Use Permit to allow the expansion of a single family dwelling into a
two-family dwelling in the R-2 (low density multiple residence) District at 315 Zinnia
Lane North, subject to the following conditions:
1.
Compliance
w'f-h
Engineer's
Memorandum.
2.
The permit
is
subject to
all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be
grounds for revocation.
3.
Compliance
with
applicable
Building Permit requirements.
4.
Payment of
park
dedication
fees -in -lieu of land dedication for one additional unit
prior to issuance of a permit.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow nq
voted In favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain Sisk Vasiliou, and
Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none hereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
