Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of *he Ctty Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of November . 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, to ncilmembers Crain,�k, Vasiliou,
and Zitur The
following mem ers were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-740
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED AT
315 ZINNIA LANE AS R-2 (LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE RESIDENCE) DISTRICT (86109)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located at
315 Zinnia Lane from FRD (future restricted development) District to P-2 (low density
multiple residence) District in conjunction with approval of a Conditional Use Permit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T'ot CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the public tion of the Rezoning
Ordinance upon adoption.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follnq
