Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd
day of November , 1986 The following members were
present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain' disk, Vasiliau, and Zitur
The following members were ahsant: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-735
APPROVING OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING
MALT LIQUOR LICENSE FOR TYRA'S COUNTRY STORE
WHEREAS, application for Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License has been
received from Robert Charles Breitenbach in conjunction with Tyra's Country
Store, 1455 Highway 10, for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City
Council in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that an Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License be
approved for the period November 4, 1986 through June 30, 1985 for Robert
Charles Breltenbach, Tyra's Country Store, 1455 Highway 101.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counci1member Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, We -

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly -passed and adopted.
