Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of
October , 1986. The following members were present:

The following members were absent: COunCilmemher Sisk
Councilm2mher Vasil;ou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-730
APPROVMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
RINGS NORTH PLAT
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of Fernbrook Lane North
from the North line of the Kingsview Heights Addition by the installation of
Sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and nine ton bituminous street with
concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances was duly presented to
the City Council on the 21st day of April, 1986; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April 21, 1986, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo-Rosene-Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with
reference to the improvement, and this report was received by the Council on
October 27, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
' MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determins that said petition was signed
by all owners of real property abutting upon streets named in
the location of the improvement (Fernbrook Lane).
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed and the Council
resolution adopted April 21, 1986.
3. Bonestroo-Rosene-Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby
designated Engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare
plans and specifications for the making of such improvement
upon the developer submitting his final plat for the Kings
North Addition. No work shall be done on the Final Plans and
Specifications until the Final Plat is approved by the City
Council.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
