Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of
October , 1986. The following members were present:
Fia,yor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: CouncilMeinber SiSK
Councilmember VasilioU introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
R:.SOLUTION NO. 86- 729
DESIGNATING CONSULTANT FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF
T.H. 55/GOLDENROD LANE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 704
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth I's proposing to improve the intersection of T.H. 55
and Goldenrod Lane; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate a consulting engineer for this project; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City policy relating to the selection of
consultants the Director of Public Works has made a recommendation from the
approved consulting firms;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. be designated as the consultant for
the T.H. 55/Goldenrod Lane Intersection Improvement Project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon,the following
voted in favor thereof: sy0r chneider, Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou, and
Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
