Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of

RESOLUTION NO. 86-727
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
CARLSON CENTER THIRD ADDITION - PROJECT NO. 426
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the Carlson Center Third Addition, Project 426:
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
This change order provides for the installation of:
1. A bituminous trail along CarlsLa Parkway from Cheshire Lane to
Berkshire Lane.
2. Additional rock for egress to properties during extremely wet
conditions.
The amount of the change order is $8,738.84
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 1 for the Carlson CEnter Third
Addition is hereby approved in the (add) amount of $8,738.84.
Original Contract Amount $353,818.07
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - ADD 8,738.84
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT........ $362,556.91
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Vasiliou, and Zitur —
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
