Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day
of October , 1986. The following members were present:
. Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-726
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
NORTH 19 AND ONE HALF FEET OF
TEPLEY ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the owner of he Tepley Addition has
petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following street easement:
The East 19.5 feet of the South one half (S 1/2) of the Northwest one
quarter (NW 1/4) of the Southeast one quarter (SE 1/4); and the East
19.5 feet of the North one half (N 1/2) of the Southwest one quarter
(SW 1/4) of the Southeast one quarter (SE 1/4); and the East 19.5 feet
of the North 19.5 feet of the South one half (S 1/2) of the Southwest
one quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southc at one quarte* (SE 1/4) and the
North 19.5 feet of the South one half (S 1/2) of the Southeast one
quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southeast one quarter (SE 1/4), all in Section
. 11, Township 118, Range 22.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
November 24, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing
as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
. Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
