Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day
of October , 1986. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou, and Zitur

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 724
AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR A CONSULTANT FOR ASSESSMENT OF COMPUTER NEEDS
WHEREAS, the City has been planning to update its computer system; and
WHEREAS, the City has received quotations from consulting firms for assessments
of these needs; and
WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the quotations and interviewed the consultants;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs with the recommendation from City staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the City Council awards the contract to McGladry Hendrickson
and Pullen for assessment of computer needs at a cost not to exceed $17,500.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds for these services be allocated from the
Computer Reserve Account.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded 1y
Councilmgmber Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Va siliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
