Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of
October , 1986. The following members were present:
_Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-723
AUTHORIZING PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT STUDY
WHEREAS, the 1987 adopted City budget provided for funds for a Pavement
Management Study; and
WHEREAS, such study is necessary to determine necessary street maintenance and
improvements; and
WHEREAS, a proposal to undertake such study was received from Short -Elliott -
Hendrickson, Inc. dated October 15, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City Manager is authorized to enter into an
agreement with Short -Elliott -Hendrickson, Inc. to conduct a Pavement Management
Study in accordance with Option Two as outlined in their proposal dated October
15, 1986.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
