Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 27th
day of October , 19 86 . The followingmembers were
present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain. Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-721
APPROVING ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING
LICENSE FOR THOMAS LEE GRUBBA, PIZZA HUT RESTAURANT
WHEREAS, application for on -sale non -intoxicating malt liquor license has been
received from Thomas Lee Grubba to be held in conjunction with The Pizza Hut
Restaurant, 1415 Highway 101, for consideration and approval by the Plymouth
City Council in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210:
and
WHEREAS, all fees have been paid and the Police Department has conducted an
investigation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that on -sale non -intoxicating malt liquor licenses be
approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, tie
