Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on ti—ie 20th
day of October , 1986 The following members were
present: Mayor Schneider, ounc members CraT_n,___Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-714
APPROVING TEMPORARY ON -SALE
MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for a temporary On -Sale Malt Liquor License has been
received from Barbara Ann Falistad, 330 Forestview Lane, representing St. Mary
of the Lake Church, in conjunction with a Square Dance and Pizza Party on
November 1 for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council in
accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210; and
WHEREAS, all fees have been paid, required insurance provided,and the Police
Department has investigated the applicant and finds no reason to deny she
license;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a temporary On -Sale Malt Liquor License be approved
for the period November 1, 1986 for Barbara Ann Falistad.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, tie.
