HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-712CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of October , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86- 712 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING UPDATING OF REPORT SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD PROJECT NO, 904 BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota: 1. A certain petition requesting the updating of the costs for the improvement of the extension of Schmidt Lake Road (formerly 49th Avenue North) East of Zachary Lane by the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on October 20, 1986 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners and property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota State Statutes, Sections 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc., and he is instructed to update the cost estimate and report to the Couwzil with all convenient speed. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by _Cnunrilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou. and Zitur The following voted against or abstained:. none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
