Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of
October _, 1986. The followirg members were present:

The following members were absent: none
Counrilmpmher Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-710
RECEIVING REPORT
SOUTH SHORE DRIVE, NORTH OF 11TH AVENUE
WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 651
WHEREAS, Pursuant to a Resolution the Council adopted August 18, 1986, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with
reference to the improvement of app-oximately 515 feet of South Shore Drive
adjacent to Parcel 36 -118 -22 -22 -Or J4 (Alpha Human :;ervices Property) by the
installation of watermain and street widening, including concrete curb and
gutter and bituminous surfacing, and this report was received by the Council on
October 20, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: The Council will receive the report and place it on file
until the Alpha Human Services Property Development is acted on by the City
Council.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmemher Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Magor Schnpidpr_ rnunri1member5 Crain.
Sisk- Vasilinu, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: _ none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
