Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 'Mh day of October . 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Z.ouncilmembers ra n, , My Va—sTltou,
and Zitur The
following mem ers were absent: none
Councilnember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-703
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR FREEMAN'S INC. FOR WILLOW GROVE
MALL (85100)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Craig Freeman for Willow Grove Shopping Center Phase 2 located
at 30 Nathan Lane was approved under City Council Resolution No. 85-914; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $37,500; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Letter of Credit
No. 1485 in the amount of $37,500 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements
for Freeman's Inc. for Willow Grove Mall located at 30 Nathan Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow na
voted In favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk. Vasiliou, and
Zitur eo ow ng
voted against or abstained: none _---'Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
