HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-696CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the ZOth day of October . 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider ouncilmembers Crain, Sisk, VasTliou, and Zitur The following mem ers were absent: none Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-696 APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PROPERTY AT 315 ORCHID LANE (86123) WHEREAS, the City Administrative Staff has determined that, as the result of a 1978 Court Order, property described as Lot 16, Block 4, PARKERS LAKESIDE SECOND ADDITION, Is deemed unbuildable and should have been and should now be consolidated with the adjacent parcel; NOW, TfIEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNLSJTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Consolidation: Lit 16, Block 4, PARKERS LAKESIDE SECOND ADDITION AND Lot 15, Block 4, PARKERS LAKESIDE SECOND ADDITION, Hennepin County, Monnesota. To be consolidated into a single new parcel; and, FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidatio:1 is approved by Hennepin County.
