Pursuant to due :all and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the— 20th day of October . 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor SchneiderEouncilmembersrZ�ain, Sisk, c, Vashiou,
and Zitur TRe
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-695
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PROPERTY AT 320 QUANTICO LANE
(86123)
WHEREAS, the City Administrative Staff has determined that, as the result of a 1978
Court Order, property described as Lot 24, Block 3, PARKERS LAKESIDE ADDITION, is
deemed unbuildable and should have been and should now be consolidated with the
adjacent parcel;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Consolidation:
Lot 24, Block 3, PARKERS LAKESIDE ADDITION AND
Lot 23, Block 3, PARKERS LAKESIDE ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be consolidated into a single new parcel; and,
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation is approved by Hennepin
County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the o ownq
