APPROVING VARIANCES FROM THE SUBDIVISION CODE AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT POLICY RESOLUTION
NO. 75-664 FOR JOHN O'DONNELL (86097)
WHEREAS, John O'Donnell has requested approval of Variances from the Subdivision Code
and Urban Development Policy Resolution No. 75-664, to divide a 40 acre parcel into a
20 acre parcel, and an approximate 19.32 acre parcel, both with frontage on a public
road, located east of 5535 Dunkirk Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Lot Division:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
The Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 118, Range 22.
• Subject to Dunkirk Lane along the West 33.00 feet thereof.
to be divided as follows:
PARCEL A:
That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, section 5, Township
118, Range 22, described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said
Southwest Quarter; thence east along the north line of said Southwest Quarter on
an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 48 minutes 29 seconds East a distance of
377.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 22 minutes 19 seconds West a distance of
634.89 feet; thence South 89 degrees 54 minutes 15 seconds West a distance of
377.00 feet to a point on the west line of said Southwest Quarter; thence North 00
degrees 22 minutes 19 seconds East along the West line of said Southwest Quarter a
distance of 634.26 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to Dunkirk Lane along
the West 33.00 feet thereof.
