HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-691CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �� —re_uul�la_�rr meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of October 1986. The ,Zn�,3following members were present: Mayor Schneider, rsn� R, VasTliou, and Zitur TRe following mem ers were a sent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-691 APPROVING VARIANCE AND SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION FOR MIKE BUNNELL, BUNNELL CONSTRUCTION, INC. (86095) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division and Variances for Mike Bunnell, Bunnell Construction, Inc., for property located east of Queensland Lane and northwest of the Luce Line Trail, under Resolution No. 86-690; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Division: • 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to filing of the Division in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of filing of the Division. 4. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with Hennepin County. 5. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing the Lot Division with Hennepin County. 6. Appropriate deed restrictions and covenants, as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed on the property restricting future division of the property. 7. Approved Variance is for lot width of 101 ft. vs. 110 ft. for Parcel B, on the finding that alternate designs are not feasible and the configuration of the Io`. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted In favor thereof: a or neider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none hereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
