HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-690CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular� meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of October 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain—,—=s, Va—sTliou, and Zitur The following mem ers were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-690 APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR MIKE BUNNELL, BUNNELL CONSTRUCTION, INC. (86095) WHEREAS, Mike Bunnell, Bunnell Construction, Inc., has requested approval for a Lot Division of property east of Queensland Lane and northwest of Luce Line Trail, for the creation of two parcels for single family dwellings; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered this request, and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Lot Division as follows: EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION Lot 7, "WAYZATA FARMSTEADS", except that part described as follows: Beginning at • the southwesterly corner of said Lot 7; thence northerly on the westerly line of said Lot 7, a distance of 100.0 feet; thence easterly and on a straight line Intersecting the southerly line of said Lot 7 at a point distant 264.5 feet south- westerly from the southeasterly corner of said Lot 7; thence southwesterly on the southerly line of said Lot 7, a distance of 322.6 feet to the place of beginning, according to the recorded plat thereof. to be divided as follows: PARCEL A: The north 110.00 feet of the west 170.00 feet of Lot 7, "WAYZATA FARMSTEADS", according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Subject to an easement for utility and drainage purposes over and across the west 10.00 feet and the north, east, and south 6.00 feet thereof. PARCEL B: Lot 7, "WAYZATA FARMSTEADS", except that part described as follows: Beginning at the southwesterly corner of said Lot 7; thence northerly on the westerly line of said Lot 7, a distance of 200.0 feet; thence easterly and on a straight line Intersecting the southerly line of said Lot 7 at a point distant 264.5 feet south- westerly from the southeasterly corner of said Lot 7; thence southwesterly on the southerly line of said Lot 7, a distance of 322.6 feet to the place of beginning, and EXCEPT the north 110.00 feet of the west 170.00 feet of said Lot 7, according d911k to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. PLEASE SEE PAGE TWO • Page two Resolution No. 86-690 FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County.
