Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of
nctnhor , 1986. The following members were present:

Councilmember Craij. introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-688
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
WOODCREEK ADDITION
PROJECT NO. 660
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the Woodcreek Addition by the installation
of drainage improvements, including the drainage ditches identified as Points
152-153; 154-155; as identified in the City of Plymouth's Conprehensive Storm
Drainage Plan dated 1980 by the installation of storm sewer pipe, ditch
improvements and necesanry nppurtrinances and to assess the benefitted property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnrsots
Statute Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398,).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUSCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvements be referred to Sonestroo,
10 Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc., for study and that he is instructed to
report to the City Council with all convenient speed and advising the Council,
in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is foasibts and as
to whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with sow other
improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement ars rocoewnded.
The motion for the a-loption of the foregoing R.raol-etion rays duly seconded by
CouncilmemberZitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _Wpr_ Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Vasiliou, and Zitur —

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
